At van2go we want to make it as easy as possible for you to get the vehicle you need. As part of this commitment we can arrange a pick up service to collect you from an address of your choice and take you to the branch to collect your rental vehicle. This hassle free service means your arrangements can be fully organised when you book the vehicle, just fill out the 'collect me' request form on completion of your booking.
The service is chargeable and will be added to the balance of your rental booking. The cost of this service will depend on the distance and time required to travel to your collection location. Final costing will be provided to you on confirmation that we have received your request. At this point you will be able to choose if you want to keep or cancel your request.
An admin fee of £25 will be added to your booking if cancellations are made less than 2 hours (within our normal opening hours) before the arranged pick up. The £25 admin fee will also be charged should you not be available for pick up at the date, time and location stated in your booking. Any other amendments to your booking will also incur a £5 admin fee which will be added to the balance of your booking
